Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Highrise Labs LLC ("Highrise Labs", "I", "me") collects through highriselabs.com, why, and what you can do about it. Highrise Labs is a one-person business, so I'm the one handling your information.
What I collect
| When | What |
|---|---|
| You fill in the booking form | Your name, email, website and your answers about what you need, your budget and your timing. |
| You ask for a free review | Your email and website. |
| You book a call | Your name, email, the time you chose and anything you add to the booking. |
| You email me | Your email address and whatever you write. |
| You visit the site | Pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location (country or city), device and browser type, and your IP address. Some of this is collected with cookies (see below). |
I don't ask for payment details on this site, and I don't collect sensitive information like health or financial details.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry, run the call you booked and send you a quote.
- To record and send the free review you asked for.
- To follow up about your enquiry. You can tell me to stop at any time.
- To understand which pages and sources bring in enquiries, so I can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask to join one.
Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
I rely on your consent for analytics cookies, on steps you've asked for before a contract (quotes and calls), and on my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and keeping the site running.
Who else handles it
I use a few trusted services to run the business. They only process your information to provide their service to me.
- HubSpot: stores enquiries and bookings, and provides site analytics and cookies.
- Google Workspace: email and calendar, including Google Meet links for calls.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and protects it from attacks.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Where it's stored
These services store data in several countries, including Australia, the United States and the EU. When information leaves the UK or EU, it's covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Cookies
The site uses HubSpot cookies to see how visitors use it and to link your visits to an enquiry if you send one. Where the law requires it, these only load once you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice through the banner or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site works fine without them.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 2 years. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements, usually up to 7 years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to:
- show you the information I hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop contacting you
- send you a copy in a usable format
Email hello@highriselabs.com and I'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to your local regulator, for example the ICO in the UK, the OAIC in Australia or your state's attorney general in the US. I'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't aimed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
